The Jack Blanchard Music Program for Kids Endowment Fund was established by the Jack Blanchard Music Program for Kids, in honour of Jack Blanchard, at the Community Foundation of PEI in 2011.
This endowment fund was established to give the gift of music to children, by providing financial support to elementary school children who have the desire and talent for music lessons.
