Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction
The 2011 Roma Gala Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction was once again a success thanks in part to all who attended. We had a great turnout this year, with over 100 guests joining us for the reception, silent auction and dinner. Guests enjoyed muscles and homemade brown bread with molasses for appetizers and we were happy to have the Singing Strings join us to provide entertainment. Once again, Chef Peter Dewar provided attendees with great entrées which included a choice of seared salmon with panko herb crust, or stuffed chicken with goat cheese herb filling as well as buttered green beans and baby carrots, parsley sauce and mixed grain and wild rice pilaf. Overall, everyone enjoyed the dinner, the venue and the company and we look forward to hosting a similar event in the near future.
