The Arthur and Theresa MacDonald Charitable Trust
The Community Foundation is pleased to announce that we have been appointed as the trustee for the Arthur and Theresa MacDonald Charitable Trust. Monies from this fund will be used to provide grants annually to support grants annually to the following-- Relieving poverty by making annual donations to charitable organizations whose purposes are the relief of poverty; Advancing education by establishing and awarding annually a scholarship in the name of the trust; Advancing the health and welfare of persons in the community by making annual donations to charitable donations which contribute to children's welfare such as Big Brothers and by making annual donations to health related charitable organizations; and Making donations to charitable organization and purposes described in 1,2 and 3 and to such other charitable organizations which are beneficial to the community, at the discretion of the Community Foundation.
