Everyone is invited to attend a series of talks of interest to Summer Islanders and the general public.

- Short presentation, Discussion, Lots of socializing, Cash Refreshments

- July 17 - Higher education in PEI - Wade McLaughlin, President, UPEI
- July 24 - Heritage in PEI - David Keenlyside, Ex. Dir., PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation
- July 31 - Protecting the Island's natural places so PEI stays special - Dianne Griffin, Chair, Atlantic Board, The Nature Conservancy of Canada
- August 14 - Whose shore is it? The uncertain future of the PEI coastal landscape - David Sisam, Principal, Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc., Toronto, and PEI summer resident.

Summer Islanders are all those people who spend time on the Island
on a regular basis and who think that it is truly a special part of the world.
Let.s get together and socialize in the hope that new relationships might
lead to the preservation of PEI as the unique little place it is.
