Our ultimate goal is to link those who have with those that need.
The Community Foundation of PEI combines the charitable gifts from many donors to create permanent endowment funds that will, in turn, generate income that can be used to benefit Island communities for generations to come. Some of the areas that have been assisted through grants and scholarships are:
- The Arts
- Education
- Health
- Community Services
- Seniors
- Youth
What we Provide:
Leadership: We are committed to becoming PEI's leading charitable trust, a shelter where individuals and other non-profits can turn to in their time of need.
Building Community Capacity: We have identified the needs of the community and are making strides to solve these problems.
Governance: We are responsible for the Foundation's assets and we focus our energy in ensuring that the money it produces provides a maximum impact in the community.
